Michael Strotz joined Electric Advisors, Inc. in 2006 as the firm’s first hire. Michael has advised hundreds of large residential, commercial, and industrial clients on their electricity and natural gas procurement options and renewable energy strategies. Because no electricity supplier is consistently low-priced, Michael believes it is important to comparison shop a client’s energy requirements to many suppliers at renewal time to get very competitive pricing.
Before joining Electric Advisors, Michael worked for an economic consulting firm where he oversaw the audit of energy usage in Asian industrial facilities. He also has experience managing international business and industrial development projects in Asia for Citicorp. Michael earned an MBA in 1990 from a joint program through the Kellogg and Wharton Schools of Business. He resides in Bethesda, Maryland.
